14/00844  | Jasmine Cottage, Moat Lane, Ash, CT3 2DG |  Plan Revision- first floor side extension and erection of a garage/workshop . There is a conflict in that a window is shown on the proposed south elevation for the 1st floor, whereas the proposed first floor plan shows the same opening as a double door. The Council bases its comments on a window, which will be larger than the existing window provision, and would strongly object to any door opening at this location. Two objections (i) the window intended for the south aspect on the first floor should be frosted, as it will overlook a neighbouring property (ii) the proposed, separate, two storey workshop building is overdevelopment of the site. REFUSED
